Everyone needs support during difficult times in their lives, whether they are dealing with relationship issues, stress at home or work, or feelings of depression and anxiety with or without a clear cause. It is during times like these that therapy can help.

Finding the right therapist and starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I am here to guide you through the process whenever  you are ready.

Tara Devineni, MSW, LCSW

Growing up as a second generation Indian-American in a small town and spending most of my young adult life in big cities- the concept of “home” was fleeting. I learned over time “home” needed to be a place I could return to within myself, where I felt safe, understood, and seen. This is what I strive to help my clients develop in themselves and I am deeply honored to be granted access to go on this journey with them.

“After seeing Tara for a couple months, I felt like I was given a second chance at life. She is very professional and empathetic, and was a joy to work with. I felt completely safe to be vulnerable with her; she was always incredibly patient and non-judgemental. She also had a great memory, referring to people in my life with their names, which made me feel cared for and listened to. I found Tara through Psychology Today, after doing a lot of research for therapists sensitive to cultural issues, and therapists that had experience with relationship issues.”
