$150 per 50-minute session

Insurance

I am an in network provider for Highmark, Carefirst and most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. For most other insurance plans I am considered an out of network provider and my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will provide a receipt containing the information required for out-of-pocket reimbursement if requested.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session and do I have a copay?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?

Reduced Fee

Sliding fee scale services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Check, cash or Venmo accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss an appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
